We ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. This policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

3. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is offered on all U.S. orders totaling $99 or more before tax. This offer is automatically applied at checkout and does not require a promo code.
4. International Shipping
We ship to Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders (physical address required). We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses for overnight orders.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has entered fulfillment.
9. Colorado Sales Tax
As a Colorado-based business, we collect Colorado state sales tax (2.9%) plus applicable local jurisdiction taxes on orders shipped to Colorado addresses. This tax is calculated automatically at checkout.
